Shenzhen-Shanwei High-speed Rail Luohu North Station is scheduled to begin construction at the end of September.

Recently, the pre-qualification announcement for the construction of the Shenzhen to Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone Railway Luohu North Station and related projects was released. According to the announcement, construction of the Luohu North Station of the Shenshan High-speed Railway is planned to begin at the end of September, and is expected to be completed by the end of November 2027. The Shenshan High-speed Railway is an important project in the infrastructure connectivity planning of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with a total length of 125.5 kilometers. Once completed, it will only take 30 minutes to travel from Nanshan District to the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone. The Luohu North Station is located in the Qingshui River area and is one of the key stations of the Shenshan High-speed Railway. The Shenshan Railway starts from the West Lishui Station in Shenzhen, passing through Nanshan, Longhua, Futian, Luohu, Longgang, Pingshan in Shenzhen, Daya Bay, Huiyang, Huidong in Huizhou, to the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone and finally to the Shenshan Station in the Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone.
