Relevant departments in Qingcheng County, Gansu Province, received a report around 11 am on July 26 that 4 people were missing in Tongchuan Town due to heavy rain. After emergency response, firefighting, public security, and health departments made full efforts to search and rescue, all 4 missing persons were successfully rescued early on July 27 at 4 am.
