It is reported that 65 firefighters, assisted by 26 firefighting vehicles and two aircraft, have begun extinguishing the fires. Witnesses stated that helicopters were spraying water on the area where the factory containing flammable materials is located to put out the fire. Greece usually enters wildfire season in May every year.
