Jilin Province upgrades to issue a yellow alert for heavy rain and urban waterlogging risks.

Jilin Provincial Meteorological Observatory upgraded the heavy rain blue warning to heavy rain yellow warning at 5:09 on July 27th: Currently, there are heavy to torrential rains in some areas in the south of Changchun, Siping, and western Jilin, with some areas experiencing heavy rain. It is expected that precipitation will continue in the above-mentioned areas in the next 24 hours, with heavy to torrential rain. Jilin Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Jilin Provincial Meteorological Observatory jointly upgraded and issued a yellow warning for urban heavy rain and waterlogging risk at 5:29 on July 27th.
