Honor releases MagicGUI self-developed open source large model, first equipped with foldable screen Magic V5.

During the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Honor officially launched the MagicGUI self-developed multimodal perception large model, which was first used in the AI folding flagship Honor Magic V5. As Honor's first GUI open source large model, MagicGUI has a parameter scale of 7 billion, supporting the multi-modal perception and automatic execution planning capabilities of the underlying AI intelligence. Comparative evaluation results show that the MagicGUI large model has reached an industry-leading level. In industry open source and internal Honor ranking tests, mobile visual positioning ability, page understanding question and answer ability, single-step operation ability, and action sequence disassembly and execution ability all lead in terms of scores. The accuracy of machine control in common usage scenarios of Honor Magic V5 reached 91.5%, an increase of 16.4% compared to similar top industry open source models, and the introduction of this model will accelerate the landing of AI in the field of mobile phones.
