According to the China Earthquake Networks Center, on July 26, 2025 at 01:02, a 4.7 magnitude earthquake occurred in Erenkhasha Sumu, Zuoqi, Alxa League, Inner Mongolia, with a depth of 10 kilometers. The Alxa League Emergency Management Bureau has initiated a Level IV emergency response for earthquake relief, and is carrying out related work according to the emergency plan. The area is located in the heart of the desert and there have been no reports of casualties at this time.
