The Discipline Inspection Commission of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region announced on the 25th that, with the approval of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, the Discipline Inspection Commission has initiated a case review and investigation into the serious violation of discipline and law by Huang Bingli, former party member and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Fangchenggang City. Huang Bingli seriously violated the Party's political discipline and integrity discipline, committed serious offenses in his duties, and is suspected of bribery crimes. He did not correct his behavior or stop his actions after the 18th Party Congress, the nature of which is serious and has a negative impact, requiring stern punishment. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Disciplinary Measures of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Administrative Penalties for Public Officials of the People's Republic of China," after deliberation and approval by the Standing Committee of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Autonomous Region and reporting to the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region, it was decided to expel Huang Bingli from the Party, revoke his public office, terminate his qualifications as a delegate to the 12th Party Congress of the Autonomous Region and the 7th Party Congress of Fangchenggang City, confiscate his ill-gotten gains from violating discipline and law, and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial authorities for prosecution in accordance with the law, together with all relevant assets.
