As of the date of this announcement, the financial company is owned by Shanghai Shangshi, the company, Shangshi Assets, and Shangshi Dongtan with 40%, 30%, 20%, and 10% equity respectively. After the completion of the acquisition, the financial company will be directly held by the company with a 40% equity stake.
