From the Chinese National Railway Hohhot Bureau, it was learned that starting from July 23rd, there have been heavy to torrential rains in multiple areas of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with some areas experiencing severe rainstorms. In response to the impact of the heavy rainfall, the railway department has dynamically adjusted the operation plans of passenger trains. From today until the 29th, for passenger trains passing through high-risk areas such as the Beijing-Baotou, Hohhot-Erzun, Baotou-Lanzhou, Baotou-Xining, Jietie, and Jietong railways, precautionary measures have been implemented in advance to ensure the safety of passenger train operations.
