Securities firms underwrote more than 380 billion yuan in science and technology innovation bonds in the first half of the year.

Recently, the Securities Association of China released special statistical data on the underwriting of securities company bonds in the first half of 2025, showing that in the first half of the year, 68 securities firms participated in the underwriting of science and technology innovation bonds, an increase of 23 compared to the previous year. The underwriting amount of science and technology innovation bonds in the first half of the year reached 3813.91 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of over 50%. The newly added securities firms include Xinda Securities, Jianghai Securities, Huachuang Securities, and Wukuang Securities, among others. In terms of underwriting size, the top positions are mainly held by leading securities firms, including CITIC Securities, CITIC Securities Investment, and Guotai Haitong. Industry insiders believe that securities firms are focusing on science and technology innovation bonds, which is related to the new policies for science and technology innovation bonds this year.
