According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Fujian Qibin Energy-saving Glass Co., Ltd. was established, with Wei Jianshu as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The business scope includes: glass manufacturing; technical glass product manufacturing; technical glass product sales; new material technology research and development; sales of functional glass and new optical materials, etc. Equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha shows that the company is indirectly fully owned by Qibin Group.
