Bond ETF total size surpasses 500 billion yuan, science and technology innovation bond ETF becomes an important increment.

Since 2025, the variety of bond ETF categories has been increasing, the scale has been consistently climbing, and flagship products have emerged. According to data from Same Flower iFinD, as of July 23, 2025, the number of bond ETF products has reached 39, with a total scale exceeding 500 billion yuan, reaching 5076.95 billion yuan, an increase of 191.82% compared to the beginning of the year. In terms of structural growth, the net inflow of funds into bond ETFs during the year is about 2712.28 billion yuan, among which new products represented by benchmark market-making varieties such as credit bond ETFs and technology innovation bond ETFs have performed particularly well, contributing more than 200 billion yuan of incremental funds.
