(00020.HK) announced that on July 23, 2025, the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscriber (Infinite Capital Management Limited) and a placement agreement with the placement agent regarding the subscription matters. Accordingly, the company intends to issue a total of 1,666,667,000 new Class B shares to the subscriber at a subscription price of HK$1.50 per share, representing a discount of approximately 6.25% compared to the closing price of HK$1.60 per share of Class B shares on the Stock Exchange on July 23, 2025, for a total consideration of approximately HK$2.5 billion.
