International oil prices fell slightly on the 23rd.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in September on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 6 cents to $65.25 per barrel, a decrease of 0.09%; while the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in September on the London ICE Futures Exchange fell by 8 cents to $68.51 per barrel, a decrease of 0.12%.
