Typhoon "Bamboo Joint Grass" formation message

The tropical depression located in the northeast of the South China Sea developed into the 8th typhoon of the year, named "Bamboo Grass," at 8:00 PM on July 23. The center of the typhoon is located about 150 kilometers east of the coast of northwestern Philippines, with maximum winds near the center reaching 8 on the Beaufort scale and a minimum central pressure of 992 hPa. It is expected that "Bamboo Grass" will slowly move southward, gradually turning towards the northeast on the eastern part of the South China Sea on the 24th. It is forecasted to make landfall or pass close to the northwestern part of Luzon in the Philippines on the night of the 24th to the morning of the 25th, then enter the Bashi Channel and head towards the eastern waters off the coast of Taiwan.
