Shenzhen Energy: Intends to invest 7.897 billion yuan to build the Shantou Red Bay Six Offshore Wind Power Project

Shenzhen Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Sheneng Marine Energy Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of the Sheneng Shanwei Red Sea Bay 6 offshore wind power project, with a total investment of 7.897 billion yuan, of which 1.581 billion yuan is from its own funds, and the remaining investment will be resolved through financing. The company plans to increase the capital of the marine energy company by 1.531 billion yuan for the above project, and after the increase, the registered capital of the marine energy company will increase from 56 million yuan to 1.587 billion yuan. The marine energy company plans to increase the capital of the Shanwei company by 1.531 billion yuan for the above project, and after the increase, the registered capital of the Shanwei company will increase from 49.84 million yuan to 1.581 billion yuan.
