Kunming: Further optimize and adjust the housing provident fund individual housing loan housing unit determination criteria.

The Housing Provident Fund Management Center of Kunming City issued a notice on further optimizing and adjusting the standards for determining the number of housing units for personal housing loans from the housing provident fund. It mentioned that the standards for determining the first and second homes will be further relaxed; for households who use the housing provident fund to buy houses within the main urban areas of Kunming City, the range for determining the number of housing units will be adjusted from "main urban area" to "the district where the house is located"; for households with funds deposited from other places, only the number of housing units in the district where the house is purchased in Kunming City needs to be checked, and there is no need to check the number of housing units in the depositing location. This policy adjustment will take effect on July 24, 2025.
