Zhijing Finance APP News, Shanghai Xiaonanguo (03666.HK) announced that Chen Yuying has resigned from the company as (i) co-joint company secretary; (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited; and (iii) authorized representative of the company in Hong Kong for accepting legal process documents and notices under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Company Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the laws of Hong Kong), effective from July 23, 2025.
