On July 23, Bosun Group announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the deputy general manager, Zhang Houjun. Zhang Houjun resigned from his position as deputy general manager of the company and as a director of the subsidiary, Wenshanghaiwei Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd., due to a job transfer application. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation report will take effect upon its delivery to the board of directors. On the same day, the company held its 24th meeting of the 6th board of directors and approved the appointment of Wang Junjie as the deputy general manager of the company, serving for the same term as the 6th board of directors.
