PayPal will launch PayPal World, seamlessly connecting with major payment systems and digital wallets worldwide.

PayPal has reached global partnerships with several major payment systems and digital wallets, and will gradually achieve interoperability between PayPal, Venmo, and partner wallets after the launch of PayPal World this fall. Through this fully compatible platform, consumers' commonly used local digital wallets will be able to make payments at millions of merchants worldwide, without the need for additional integration, allowing millions of businesses to reach nearly 2 billion consumers globally. The first batch of payment systems and digital wallets to collaborate with PayPal World include: Mercado Pago, NPCI International Payments Limited, PayPal, Tenpay Global, and Venmo.
