According to Yahoo Finance, US Treasury Secretary Benson announced in an interview with Fox News on the 22nd local time that the third round of China-US trade negotiations will be held in Stockholm, Sweden next Monday and Tuesday. Prior to this, the two sides had held two meetings in Geneva and London. The report stated that August 12 is the deadline for the temporary suspension of tariffs between China and the US, and the latest round of negotiations aims to postpone this final deadline. According to the US Consumer News and Business Channel, Swedish Prime Minister Kristensen confirmed later on the 22nd that Sweden will host the latest round of talks between Washington and Beijing.
