Zhitan Finance APP News, Huatai Securities (06886.HK) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (referred to as "Huatai International"), established an overseas medium-term note program with a maximum principal amount of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020. This medium-term note program is guaranteed by Huatai International (referred to as "this guarantee"). On July 23, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued a medium-term note under the above-mentioned medium-term note program, with an issuance amount of 0.40 billion US dollars. Converted at the exchange rate of 1 US dollar to 7.1586 RMB as of June 30, 2025, the total guarantee amount is RMB 286 million.
