President Donald Trump said at an event with Republican lawmakers that Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will "only be there for a short period of time." Note: Powell's term as Federal Reserve Chairman will end in May, but his term as Federal Reserve Board member will continue until January 2028.
