Ukraine accuses attack on large Russian oil and gas processing and petrochemical companies.

On the 22nd local time, Andrei Kovalev, director of the Anti-Disinformation Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, stated that a large Russian oil and gas processing and petrochemical company, the Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Company, was attacked. The company is an important member of the Russian military-industrial complex production chain. Kovalev said Nizhnekamsk Petrochemical Company specializes in producing explosive materials that are ultimately used in the manufacturing of artillery shells, aerial bombs, cluster munitions, and missile warheads. The company is located in the Samara region of Russia and has an annual processing capacity of approximately 1 million tons. Currently, there has been no response from the Russian side.
