China Fund Association: 100 new ABS records in June with a total size of 923.41 billion yuan.

According to the China Securities Investment Fund Association, in June 2025, there were 100 new filings for asset-backed special plans, totaling 92.341 billion yuan in new filings. Among them, 2 public REITs invested in ABS for infrastructure, totaling 26.68 billion yuan. In addition, the top three ABS underlying assets in terms of new filings were: financing lease receivables, accounts receivable, and small loan receivables, with filing sizes of 29.401 billion yuan, 21.291 billion yuan, and 14.360 billion yuan, respectively.
