Guizhou Gas Notice: Beijing Dongjia Investment Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. plan to reduce their holdings by not more than 34.5 million shares, or 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within 3 months after 15 trading days from the disclosure date of this notice. The reduction period is from August 13, 2025 to November 12, 2025. The reason for the reduction is the need for their own funds. As of the disclosure date of this notice, Beijing Dongjia holds 18.76% of the company's shares, and Guizhou Industrial Investment holds 19.89% of the shares.
