Zhixin Finance App News, Longpan Technology (02465) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed to change the Chinese name of the company from "Jiangsu Longpan Technology Co., Ltd." to "Jiangsu Longpan Technology Group Co., Ltd.", and the English name of the company from "Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co., Ltd." to "Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd." (change of company name); and revise the company's articles of association to reflect (including) the cancellation of the company's board of supervisors (supervisory board).
