Sichuan Chengyu Announcement: The company, together with China Huaxi Enterprise Co., Ltd., Sichuan Provincial Transport Construction Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Highway and Bridge Construction Group Co., Ltd., Sichuan Gaolu Information Technology Co., Ltd., forms a consortium to jointly invest in the expansion project of the Chengdu to Yaan section of the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway. The estimated total investment of the project is approximately RMB 28.548 billion, with the project capital accounting for 20.20% of the total investment, approximately RMB 5.767 billion. The company will contribute approximately RMB 4.902 billion, accounting for 85%. According to the tender documents, the consortium is required to sign the investment agreement with the tenderer within 30 days from the date of the award notice, and establish the project company within 90 days from the date of signing the investment agreement.
