On July 21, the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held an expanded meeting. The meeting emphasized that central enterprises should actively integrate into the innovative ecology of urban development, optimize the layout structure, actively lead the development of new productive forces in cities through industrial upgrading, technological innovation, and innovative formats, closely follow urban policies, reasonably layout new tracks, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and achieve mutual promotion and co-construction of enterprises and urban development. It is necessary to assist in building a comfortable and convenient livable environment, construct an intelligent urban governance system, actively participate in the construction of urban boutique buildings, participate in the renovation of urban villages and old houses, improve the living environment, and jointly create a high-quality urban living space. Efforts should be made to build safe and reliable infrastructure, uphold the bottom line of "safety first and life first", and build infrastructure safety into an important foundation and invisible competitiveness for building a safe and reliable resilient city, take green development as the guide, integrate the concept of low-carbon environmental protection into infrastructure construction, and promote coordinated pollution reduction, carbon reduction, and greening for increased efficiency.
