Anhui Expressway: The Anhui section of the concessionaire project for the winning bid of the S98 Quanjiao to Lukou Expressway.

Wan'tong Expressway announced that the company has joined a consortium led by Anhui Provincial Transportation Holding Group Co., Ltd. to bid for the franchise project of the Anhui section of the S98 Quanjiao to Lukou Expressway through public tendering. The bid-winning fee period is 356 months. The estimated total investment amount of the project is approximately RMB 5.05 billion, with the capital contribution being approximately RMB 1.01 billion. The company will invest approximately RMB 202 million in project capital, with a 20% equity stake. The project is planned to complete preliminary preparations by 2025, officially start construction by the end of 2025, and be completed and open to traffic by the end of 2028. The bid-winning project will help the company further expand its main business of expressways, enhance the competitiveness of the regional road network, increase the equity mileage of expressways, prolong the average fee period of road assets, align with the company's development strategy, and enhance overall operating performance and sustainable development capabilities.
