India continues to levy anti-dumping duties on aniline from China.
According to the information from the China Trade Relief Information Network, on July 18, 2025, the Taxation Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of India issued Circular No. 25/2025-Customs, accepting the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India's affirmative final ruling proposal on the first sunset review of the anti-dumping investigation on aniline originating in or imported from China on April 22, 2025. It was decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from China for a period of 5 years, as follows: the duty for the involved producer Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is $36.90 per ton, and for other Chinese producers it is $121.79 per ton.
