India continues to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese aniline.
On July 18, the Taxation Department of the Indian Ministry of Finance issued a notice stating that they have accepted the affirmative final ruling proposal of the first anti-dumping sunset review conducted by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India on aniline originating or imported from China on April 22, 2025. They have decided to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on the relevant products from China for a period of 5 years. The anti-dumping duty rates are as follows: $36.90 per ton for the company involved, Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and $121.79 per ton for other Chinese producers. This case involves products under Indian Customs Code 292141. The measures will take effect from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.
