After deducting issuance expenses, the funds will continue to be used for the construction of Anhui Yubo Aluminum Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 630,000 tons of low-carbon environmentally friendly aluminum alloy billet project (hereinafter referred to as the "aluminum alloy billet project") and Anhui Wangbo New Materials Co., Ltd.'s annual production of 500,000 tons of green, high-performance aluminum sheet project (hereinafter referred to as the "aluminum sheet project") that was raised by issuing shares to specific investors in March 2024. Among them, the aluminum alloy billet project is a supporting project for the aluminum sheet project.
