China Merchants Group and others have invested in and established an automotive technology company in Wuhan.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Enerpower New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. Its business scope includes sales of new energy vehicle battery swapping facilities, sales of new energy vehicle electric accessories, sales of new energy power equipment, and sales of charging piles. Shareholding information from Qichacha shows that the company is jointly owned by Enerpower New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and others. The latter is jointly owned by China Electric Power International Development Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Group, with each holding 50% of the shares.
