Wang Yi meets with Croatian Foreign Minister Radman.

On July 21, 2025, Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, held talks with Croatian Foreign Minister Radman in Beijing. Wang Yi stated that this year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the European Union, and the China-EU relationship is at a critical juncture. The important experience of the 50 years of development in China-EU relations is to regard each other as partners, to commit to advancing cooperation and seeking win-win outcomes. A stable, healthy, and actively developing China-EU relationship is in line with the fundamental interests and common aspirations of both parties. Both sides should adhere to their original intentions, insist on the positioning of partners, and open cooperation, respect and learn from each other, handle differences through dialogue, and achieve mutual benefit. It is hoped that Croatia will continue to play a constructive role in promoting China-EU cooperation.
