Zhixin Securities (06066) announced on the Wise Finance and Economics APP that the company will issue Zhixin Securities Co., Ltd.'s perpetual subordinated bonds (fourth tranche) for professional investors from July 18, 2025 to July 21, 2025. The total issuance size of this bond will not exceed 5 billion yuan, with a face value of 100 yuan, issued at par. The funds raised will be used to repay the principal of maturing or repurchased corporate bonds.
