Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Dechang Electric Control Holdings (00179.HK) announced that on July 16, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Dechang Automotive Electrical Limited Company (Dechang), signed two equity joint venture agreements (joint venture agreements) with Shanghai Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Machinery). Based on this, two equity joint venture enterprises (referred to collectively as joint venture enterprises, each referred to as joint venture company) were established.
