The Chongqing Regulatory Bureau of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the qualifications of Mr. Fu Wei, Mr. Zhou Zongcheng, and Mr. Yu Hua as non-executive directors of the bank. Mr. Fu Wei, Mr. Zhou Zongcheng, and Mr. Yu Hua will serve as non-executive directors of the bank from July 15, 2025, until the expiration of the seventh session of the board of directors of the bank.
