It mentions that starting from January 1, 2025, for hydrogen refueling stations that are included in the overall city planning and have been built and operated, a subsidy of 30% of the actual construction investment will be given to the investment entity of the hydrogen refueling station, with a maximum subsidy amount of 3 million yuan per station. Starting from January 1, 2025, the operating subsidy for hydrogen refueling stations will continue, and for stations selling hydrogen at a price not higher than 25 yuan/kg, a subsidy of 30 yuan/kg will be given based on the cumulative hydrogen volume per year, with a maximum subsidy of 3 million yuan per station. Relevant district and county departments of industry and information technology should increase exploration of commercial models, formulate special policies to support the promotion and application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, strongly support relevant companies in establishing financing leasing platform companies, and promote large-scale demonstration and application of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
