On the 15th, the "Several Measures of Tianjin Municipality to Promote the High-Quality Development of First Release Economy" issued by the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce and other 8 departments were publicly released, aiming to vigorously boost consumption and accelerate the development of the city's first release economy. The policy includes 3 aspects and 16 measures. In terms of building the first release economic ecosystem, it includes establishing recognition standards and evaluation systems, gathering professional service resources, strengthening publicity and promotion, nurturing and gathering brands, extending the industrial chain, and improving supporting service facilities. In terms of creating a first release economic platform, it includes cultivating first release economic agglomeration areas, strengthening online platforms, optimizing activity platforms, strengthening exhibition events performance platforms, and expanding open platforms. In terms of optimizing the development environment of the first release economy, it includes improving the full lifecycle service system for enterprises, optimizing activity approval processes, strengthening intellectual property protection, consolidating the talent foundation for the first release economy, and enhancing organizational promotion. Wang Yagang, Deputy Director of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Commerce, stated that the policy tightly focuses on creating a "big consumption" pattern and cultivating the international consumption center city, adhering to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and "short-term attraction, long-term nurturing."
