Zong Fuli's Wooha companies have been renamed to Hongsheng.

According to reports, the daughter of the founder of Wahaha, Zong Qinghou, Zong Fuli, was sued by three individuals who claimed to be her "half siblings" in a Hong Kong court. The plaintiffs' lawyer stated that the three individuals have also filed lawsuits in a court in Hangzhou, attracting widespread attention. It is worth noting that recently, several companies under Zong Fuli's name, including Guiyang Wahaha Changsheng Beverage Co., Ltd., Chengdu Wahaha Changsheng Beverage Co., Ltd., and Chaohu Wahaha Changsheng Beverage Co., Ltd., have changed their names to "Hongsheng" related. Business records from Tianyancha show that Zong Fuli is associated with over 210 companies, with over 200 of them still in operation. Zong Fuli holds positions such as chairman and general manager in many of these companies, and owns shares in over 10 of them. Since her father's passing, Zong Fuli has taken over several companies including Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd., Wahaha Commercial Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Wahaha Qili Food Group Co., Ltd. Zong Fuli took over her father's shares in Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. in August last year, becoming the second largest shareholder with a 29.4% stake.
