Shanghai Stock Exchange releases "Science and Technology Innovation Growth Board Guidelines," with 32 existing unprofitable companies entering the Science and Technology Innovation Growth Board starting today.

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) has released the "Guidelines for Self-Regulation of Listed Companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board - Science and Technology Growth Sector". The relevant person in charge of SSE stated during a press briefing that this reform does not set additional listing thresholds for unprofitable companies to be included in the Science and Technology Growth Sector. The existing 32 unprofitable companies will enter the Science and Technology Growth Sector from the day the guidelines are implemented, while newly registered unprofitable companies will enter from the day of listing. Investors participating in the subscription and trading of stocks on the newly registered Science and Technology Growth Sector must sign the "Risk Disclosure Letter for the Science and Technology Growth Sector".
