Guangdong ends Level IV emergency flood response.

Guangdong ended the level IV flood control emergency response at 15:00 on the 12th. The Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department stated that according to monitoring and forecasts by meteorological and hydrological departments, the current heavy rainfall process has basically ended, and the water situation in rivers and lakes in the province is stable. In accordance with the "Guangdong Province Emergency Plan for Flood Control, Drought Relief, Wind Control, and Cold Protection" and relevant regulations of the Guangdong Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters, the Guangdong Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters decided to end the level IV flood control emergency response at 15:00 on July 12th.
