On July 10th, the Beijing Municipal People's Government issued the "Special Action Plan for Deepening Reform and Boosting Consumption in Beijing". In terms of enhancing the momentum of commodity consumption, the "Action Plan" proposed to optimize the new supply of housing consumption. Chen Wenjing, Director of Policy Research at the Zhongzhi Research Institute, told reporters that overall, Beijing's "Action Plan" further optimizes land supply and housing provident fund policies, which is conducive to better promoting the release of housing consumption demand and also serves as a demonstration for policy adjustments in other cities.
