According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Huaneng Dongjiakou Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established with Zhang Jianmin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million yuan. Its business scope includes heat production and supply, power generation, power transmission, and power supply. The equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check App indicates that the company is indirectly wholly-owned by Huaneng International.
