(hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International"), established an overseas medium-term note plan with a maximum principal amount of USD 3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020, through its subsidiary Huatai International Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International Finance"). This medium-term note plan is guaranteed by Huatai International (referred to as "this guarantee"). On July 11, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued a medium-term note under the above-mentioned medium-term note plan with an issuance amount of USD 100 million. Converted at the exchange rate of 1 USD to 7.1586 RMB on June 30, 2025, the total guarantee amount is RMB 716 million.
