Beijing Shougang Langze Technology's Hong Kong IPO has been further delayed due to legal disputes.

According to the announcement submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, due to the ongoing dispute related to Shoulangjiyuan, Beijing Shougang Langze Technology will further delay its Hong Kong IPO. The timing of the IPO is being carefully evaluated. Note: The company originally planned to list in Hong Kong on July 9, but had already postponed the listing to July 15 before the announcement was made.
