The AMAC: Cancelling the Registration of 4 Private Fund Managers with Abnormal Operations

The China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association announced on July 11th that Guangdong Yinghan Investment Co., Ltd., Zhongshi Wealth Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Beijing Jin'an Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Jinzhi Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other 4 private equity fund managers have abnormal business conditions and have failed to submit the required special legal opinion within 3 months after the written notification, the association will cancel the registration of the private equity fund managers of these 4 institutions. The canceled private equity fund managers and related parties shall properly handle the assets of the managed funds in accordance with laws and regulations, regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, relevant self-discipline rules of the association, and fund contracts, and shall legally safeguard the legitimate interests of investors.
