In the third quarter, Shenzhen plans to launch 10,673 sets of residential properties on the market.

The latest data released by the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau shows that as of July 9, 2025, there are 33 commercial housing projects planned to enter the market in the third quarter of this year. It is estimated that the total housing supply area will be 1,351,241.78 square meters, consisting of 12,351 units. Among them, the residential area is 1,079,851.54 square meters with 10,673 units; the commercial apartment area is 25,121 square meters with 129 units; the commercial area is 69,316.82 square meters with 710 units; and the office area is 176,952.42 square meters with 839 units.
