Wisdom Finance News APP, Qin'an Stock (603758.SH) announced that it plans to acquire 99% equity of Yigaoguangdian held by 12 counterparties including Rao Yiran, Shenzhen Yigao, Yuanzhixinghuo, Tibet Huajian, Zhuhai Yigao, Jicheng Optoelectronics, Changye Yili, Junhuixinyi, Suiman Shi Shi, Qingxian Technology, Li Junhua, and You Junheng through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and fundraising for the matching funds.
